A former Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Alahaji Atiku Abubakar has stated that the All Progressive Congress, APC, led federal government is the most corrupt and incompetent government since 1999.

Atiku made this known while addressing a mammoth supporters of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, during his one-day visit to Ebonyi State, which took place at the PDP party Secretariat located along Abakaliki-Enugu Express Road.

The former Vice President lamented that Nigerians had suffered such much injustice and pains since the emergency of Buhari-led administration, including wanton killings of innocent Nigerians by herdsmen.

He also revealed that over 11 million Nigerians had lost their jobs in the President Buhari led administration and called on well meaning Nigerians to support his presidential ambition and the PDP “so that we can throw President Buhari away in the forthcoming 2019 election”.

“You know that this present All Progressives Congress, APC, federal government is the most corrupt and incompetent government I have ever seen since 1999,” he said.

He also stated the readiness of PDP to ensure that the APC led administration was kicked out in 2019.

He called on the political stakeholders of PDP to move out and reclaim Imo state and Anambra state that is being ruled by APC and APGA, respectively.

Responding, the chairman of the Southeast Governors’ Forum, Chief David Umahi who is also the Governor of Ebonyi state, said the state will support any presidential candidate that had the interest of the zone at heart.
