A 15-year-old teenager, Pavel Mateev, allegedly beheaded himself with a chainsaw, after he lost a computer game.

According to Fox News, Mateev, went into his yard  on Monday morning where he “switched on a chainsaw and sawed off his own head.”

It was reported that Mateev was addicted to a computer game that his single mother had bought for him.

Russian police are currently investigating Mateev’s case but refused to give more details except to confirm a criminal case had been opened into incitement to commit suicide.

Russia has seen several so-called “death groups” allegedly incite children and teenagers to take their own lives whilst playing online games.
