...Says gov is a silent developer, peaceful, humble, God-fearing leader

The Spiritual Director of the Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria (Amen), Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka has reiterated the unflinching support of his ministry for the re-election of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State for a second term in office in 2019.

The outspoken priest stressed that the ministry has "100 percent support for Gburugburu (Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi)" saying: "It is unquestionable; Adoration Ministry Enugu Nigeria stands for him; he is a good man; a man of peace; a perfect genius; humble and ever patient".

Speaking during the 2018 Harvest and Thanksgiving Mass of the ministry, held at its arena in Enugu, Fr. Mbaka expressed delight that the Enugu State Governor has entrenched peace and good governance in the state.

The thanksgiving mass was also celebrated for Gov. Ugwuanyi, other candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu State, members of the State Assembly, State Executive Council and PDP campaign organization, among others, to herald the commencement of campaigns for the 2019 general election as well as entrust the activities to the hands of God.

The mass was also attended by Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State and his entourage, Vice Presidential Candidate of the PDP, Mr. Peter Obi, and the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate in Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma,  among other dignitaries.

Extolling the leadership qualities of Gov. Ugwuanyi, Fr. Mbaka applauded him for uniting "all political parties" and ensuring equitable development across the three senatorial districts in the state, stating that "Enugu State has not had a leader like him".

He maintained that the Adoration Ministry has not only given Gov. Ugwuanyi their endorsement for a second term in office but also spiritual support backed with unceasing prayers.

"I have never seen this kind of unquestionable, magnetic, pragmatic and dynamic peace in Enugu State before, because of one Gburugburu. Ugwuanyi has no enemy. He is a governor who has good relationship with the entire Nwodo family, Senator Fide Okoro, Senator Ken Nnamani, Senator Jim Nwobodo, Dr. Chimaroke Nnamani and other leaders.

“Gburugburu is the ‘Messi’ in the field. Anybody who is contesting against him where does he get his strength? Our support for the governor is indisputable. The Adoration Ministry loves him because since the creation of Enugu State we have not seen this type of peace. Enugu is an epitome of peace and security. So far so good", Fr. Mbaka declared.

The priest also commended Gov. Umahi for his development strides in Ebonyi State and also endorsed his re-election bid in 2019.
