Enugu Lawmaker Ugwueze is dead

A first term member of Enugu State House of Assembly representing Isi-Uzo constituency, Hon. Chijioke Ugwueze is dead.
Ugwueze, a renowned Enugu Industrialist, who is Chairman of Leomakz Group, reportedly passed on after a brief illness on Friday.
The news of the lawmaker''s  sudden death came many  especially his colleagues ans state government officials with rude shock as there was no indication that he was sick.

By press time the cause of his death could not he ascertained. 

Ugwueze, a major stakeholder in Enugu Chapter of People's Democratic Party, PDP, was elected to the state Assembly in 2019, where he had featured prominently in legislative activities. 

He founded the Leomarkz Integrated Services Limited, Emene, Enugu. 

Meanwhile, a formal message on his demise is being expected from his family and colleagues in the State Assembly.
