Edo Election: Ize-Iyamu congratulates Obaseki says ‘Election no be war’

Defeated candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Osagie Ize-Iyamu has congratulated the winner of the election, Governor Godwin Obaseki of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Ize-Iyamu in a tweet after final results were announced, admitted that he lost the election and therefore wished his opponent well.

Reacting via his Twitter handle, Ize-Iyamu wrote, “Edo people has decided, we thank you all! Congratulations to the opposition party! They have won! Election no be war. It’s time to work more harder for the next 4 years. Congratulations
