Mrs Amaka Ndoma-Egba, Wife of the former Senate Leader, Senator Victor Ndoma-Egba has died in an auto crash along Benin-Akure road.

Also reported dead in the same auto crash was Mrs Nnenna Nicholas Ukachukwu, wife of a former member representing AMAC/Bwari Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Prince Nicholas Chukwujekwu Ukachukwu from Anambra state.

Another woman whose identity is yet to be ascertained, who was also in the vehicle was also said to have died in the accident.

Although details of the unfortunate incident were sketchy by press time, sources said the deceased persons were on their way to a funeral ceremony at Ilaje in Ondo State when their vehicle crashed.

"They were on their way to Ilaje in Ondo state for the burial of Olusola Oke’s mother when a trailer hit their vehicle," another source close to Ukachukwu family said in a condolence message in the social media Friday

Ndoma-Egba had earlier in the year lost his mother in-law while his house was reportedly burgled during the violence perpetrated by thugs during the nationwide protest against police brutality in the country.
